Although the hotel was pretty nice with the tennis lessons the service was terrible. The chef is disrespectful to us and cooking for one hour for ONE scrambled egg the rooms were good but I recommend 3-2 person(s) the location is excellent

Sono stata il weekend a cavallo tra luglio e agosto con la mia famiglia e i miei nipotini uno di 5 anni e una di 6 mesi. Posizione dell' hotel ottima. Pulizia top. Colazione buona e anche il ristorante in piscina buono. L' unica nota dolente il prezzo pagato dalla neonata che non ha usufruito nemmeno della culla visto che l' avevamo portata e tantomeno della cucina in quanto non c'è a disposizione la possibilità di fare le pappe, quindi siamo ricordi a quelle pronte. Forse le tariffe x i bimbi devo essere un po' riviste in quanto nn n si può paragonare un bimbo di 2 anni ad un neonato. Comunque nel complesso è stata una bella vacanza per le piscine, gli spazi in giardino, la cortesia del personale e la colazione molto completa e ben organizzata.

Esperienza pessima. Do il punteggio minimo perché il soggiorno è andato malissimo sotto diversi aspetti. Struttura e servizio assolutamente non all'altezza delle aspettative e di quanto pagato. Non lo consiglierei a nessuno e sicuramente non ci tornerò.

Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und bräuchte mal eine Modernisierung. Gut gefallen hat der 25m Outdoorpool und das Gym. Man ist schnell auf den Radwegen und im Zentrum von Riva del Garda.

Ein modernes Sporthotel mit guter Ausstattung. Sehr nettes Personal, geräumige Zimmer und ein hervorragendes Frühstücksbuffet.
Leider ist die Straße etwas laut.
Was ich als überhaupt nicht mehr zeitgemäß empfinde ist die Verpflichtung, das Zimmer bei der Abreise bis 10:00 zu räumen. Das schafft unnötige Hektik am letzten Tag des Aufenhalts. Daher keine 5 Sterne.

DO NOT recommend. This hotel is not suitable for families or couples. We stayed here for 5 nights whilst visiting Riva del Garda. The room was not cleaned properly daily, tea and coffee were not restocked. There was dirt collecting at the bottom of the toddler pool, which had also clearly not been well cleaned for a while. My husband got a large splinter from the wood decking on the balcony. We were told the air conditioning was not switched on as it was not high season, and the room was therefore extremely stuffy at night. Worst of all, they do not supply double duvets, and so although we had a double bed (two single beds pushed together with a sheet over), there was no double cover. Reception staff were not always present, and were not friendly or helpful. The single lift was slow. The towels were extremely poor quality and we were not given pool towels. All in all, it was a really bad stay, and this hotel is not worth 4 stars - it is closer to 2 star, and was also not worth the extortionate price we paid for it. Would not recommend in terms of accessibility or comfort.

Poolmöglichkeiten und Wellnessbereich Top
Allerdings Service unterirdisch - keine aktive Ansprache auf der Terrasse oder Pool...das sollte in einem 4 Sterne Hotel Standard sein.

Ein wirklich tolles Hotel mit perfekten Sportmöglichkeiten, sehr gepflegten Tennisplätzen, einem Top-Gym mit modernen Geräten und allem was man braucht. Warmer grosser Indoorpool und noch größerer OutdoorPool (25m). Wir waren begeistert! Die Lage ist prima, nach ein paar Gehminuten steht man direkt am See. Saubere, gepflegte Zimmer. Unkomplizierter CheckIn&CheckOut und prima Parkmöglichkeiten … Wer Wert auf Mittags-/Abendsonne auf dem Balkon legt, dem empfehle ich ein nur etwas größeres Familienzimmer - da ist dann auch Unterhaltung durch die Tenniscourts garantiert. Selbstverständlich gibt’s kostenloses WLAN und Sky im TV 👍🏻…
Großartiges frisches Essen, ein sensationelles reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet und ein sehr bemühtes Team und sehr großzügige Portionen (Halbpension!) runden den absolut positiven Gesamteindruck ab.
5 Sterne von mir ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ … und einen ExtraStern für die aufmerksame Organisation der Pfeffermühle ❤️⭐️❤️ … Wir kommen gerne wieder!
