Ho soggiornato presso questa struttura, il check-in è in modalità Self service, in modalità teleguidata.la struttura in sé per sé è molto bella, il servizio resta a desiderare. Se cercate la tranquillità e posso ideale per voi, per quanto riguarda i servizi, diciamo che sono un po’ da rivedere. Non ci tornerò.

Io do sero stelle a quel B&B abbiamo pernottato la notte di San Valentino e siamo stati accolti da una brutta sorpresa....."cimici del letto" poi tanta sporcizia sotto il letto, tutti i mobili e tutta la casa. Se volete prendere una malattia......andateci.....

Se potessi dare zero stelle, lo farei senza esitazione. Questo “B&B” è stato un vero incubo. Appena entrati, ci siamo trovati di fronte a escrementi di topo sotto il lavandino in cucina e negli angoli dei mobili. Una situazione disgustosa e totalmente inaccettabile.

Abbiamo subito avvisato il proprietario, aspettandoci almeno un minimo di preoccupazione o una soluzione. La sua risposta? “Siamo in campagna e non si può stare dietro a tutto.” Quindi, secondo lui, soggiornare in un’area rurale significa dover accettare lo sporco, la totale mancanza di igiene e un livello di incuria vergognoso.

Come se non bastasse, in cucina abbiamo trovato un congelatore pieno di cibo scaduto, aperto e avanzato da altri clienti, con un odore nauseante. Lo sporco era ovunque, dai pavimenti ai mobili, e persino le pentole non erano state lavate bene: unte, con residui di cibo e un aspetto che faceva passare qualsiasi voglia di usarle.

Essere in campagna non è una scusa per gestire un B&B in condizioni igieniche disastrose. Ci sono tantissime strutture rurali che riescono a mantenere un livello di pulizia e accoglienza decente, perché evidentemente i loro proprietari hanno rispetto per i clienti.

Se non siete in grado di “stare dietro a tutto”, forse dovreste fare un altro mestiere invece di far pagare le persone per dormire tra lo sporco, i topi e il cibo avariato.

Se volete rovinarvi il soggiorno e rischiare di portarvi a casa qualche malattia, questo è il posto giusto. Altrimenti, evitatelo come la peste.

Worst experience of my life.

I have booked the “loft” with two months in advance with the intention to stay for a 3 months period with flexibility (according with what we agreed over the phone) after the owner assured me the place was closed to the public transportations on an “easy walk”.. as the “easy access to the accomodation by public transport” was the KEY requirement for me to considering renting out the property as I would have been without my own transportation for my first weeks of stay.

On my arrival (from Australia), I have found the place to be in the middle of nowhere and a km away form the main road on a narrow street without footpaths and illumination at night and the bus stop to be 500 meters away from the country road conjunction into the busy main road crowded by trucks and whatever else..

This was just the beginning, as soon as I was shown the “loft” the owner advised me to use only and exclusively the toilet paper provided by them that melts in the water (and so in your hands when using it..) as they have got some permanent issue with the flushing. I was also warned that IF there was any jam with the flushing then I should have paid 250 euro form my pocket to get it fixed and that previous guests were charged before..

The “loft” was also humid as hell and with an unpleasant small, beside not having a possibility to get some air circulating.

The next day after paying 500 euro in advance (300 in May and 200 on my arrival) for the first 2 weeks stay, I have called the owner communicating my intention of leaving the place in 2 weeks as I didn’t feel comfortable due to the issues listed above, (being more than reasonable) and guess what? The next day I received an email where I was requested to pay the full month or they would have charged me 100 euro per day and otherwise to leave the place in 4 days….

I have left the place on the spot and found a different accommodation as I was super scared to remain there, beside the fact the place is not covered by staff at night and most of the time during the day.

To conclude, I have managed to get there on a friend lift, and on my arrival I called the owner to advise I arrived.. and the lady instead of
“ Welcoming me” has straight away told me that if I wanted to have some “company for the night” I should have provided them with my friend ID. It was so embarrassing, as my friend was there just to help me to reach the place, and nothing else..

Since the owner yesterday has also emailed me that so far all previous guest reviews were positive (not true Btw), I thought to share mine as well.

Luogo incantevole ed un più per la comodità del check-in da remoto, ci aspettavamo una colazione un po' più ricca e prelibata. Peccato per le pareti sottili, abbiamo ascoltato la televisione per quasi tutta la notte con l ospite della camera affianco.
