The worst and most dishonest gym experiences we’ve ever had. And we travel a lot. We came here three times specifically for doing light Muay Thai training and light weight. Not once were we told in advance that pad work were forbidden. Only after we came the third time, we paid and start training, 10 min in; they came and suddenly announce “no contact, no boxing”, and then refused to give a refund.

They claim the usually do boxing classes during the year.. While calling pad work “contact”, this is ridiculous. Any legitimate boxing gym knows the difference between sparring and pad training. The fact that the staff here don’t is embarrassing and unprofessional.

They claim they only sold us a “normal gym entry,” but if that’s the case, why did they never mention it the first two times we came? This is misleading, inconsistent, and shows a complete lack of transparency.

On top of that, when we asked for a refund, since we could not use the gym for training, they flat out refused, despite the fact that we paid for a service they don’t even provide.

Avoid this place at all costs. They treat paying customers with zero respect.

Also, I’m Italian, I speak Italian, so this was not a misunderstanding situation.
They don’t speak English at all tho, my husband speak only English and they were barely able to answer a single word to him.

As a professional fighter and coach, I

visited this gym to do light Muay Thai training and pad work ,no sparring, no contact ,only to be interrupted mid-session by staff claiming we were "hitting each other." Despite having trained here before without issue, and never being told that pad work wasn't allowed, they suddenly enforced a vague "no contact" rule and refused to let us continue. Worse, they declined to refund the session, even though we couldn't use the space as intended. Their explanation that they "only offer normal gym access" contradicts our previous visits and shows a serious lack of transparency and understanding of combat sports. If you're a serious athlete or fighter, avoid this place
it's not professional, it's not fighter friendly,

and it doesn't support real training

La palestra è ottima! Spaziosa, attrezzata al punto giusto. I trainer sempre pronti, super competenti e simpatici. Esperienza da tirocinante parlando, qui non manca proprio niente.

We were on holiday and needed a gym. This was a great option. Clean. Big. Lots of equipment and had a lot of classes. Super nice staff. They offer a daily rate. Only suggestion is to offer a weekly or monthly rate for travelers.

Ottima palestra, molto attrezzata. Il vero valore aggiunto però è il personale, a partire dalla super Viria e tutta la reception per finire con gli istruttori un sala che non ti perdono mai d'occhio e sono sempre attenti, gentili e premurosi. Continuate così ragazzi, ottimo lavoro!
