What an incredible experience at CrossFit Trani!

My wife and I were visiting Puglia for a good friend’s wedding and decided to drop in for a couple of days of training. From the moment we walked through the door, we were made to feel like part of the community.

The owner, Rudy, was absolutely fantastic. He went above and beyond to accommodate us, taking the time to explain everything in English and making sure we were comfortable and knew exactly what was happening throughout the classes.

What really stood out, though, was the entire community. Even though many of the members didn’t speak much English (and our Italian is certainly a work in progress!), everyone bent over backwards to make us feel welcome. There was such a warm, friendly and inclusive atmosphere that the language barrier simply didn’t matter.

The coaching, facility and training were excellent, but it’s the people that make CrossFit Trani such a special place. There’s clearly a wonderful culture here, and Rudy and the team should be incredibly proud of the community they’ve built.

If you’re a CrossFitter visiting Trani or anywhere nearby, do yourself a favour and drop in. You’ll get a great workout, but more importantly, you’ll be welcomed like one of their own.

Thank you, Rudy and everyone at CrossFit Trani, for making our short time with you so memorable. We’ll absolutely be back whenever we’re lucky enough to return to Puglia! 🇮🇹❤️💪
