Abbiamo soggiornato l’ultima settimana di luglio presso questo fantastico Hotel nella Suite Panorama ed è stata semplicemente meraviglioso!
Svegliarsi con la vista sul Sassolungo ogni mattina, ci ha regalato piacevolissimi risvegli ogni mattina. 🏔️

Una menzione speciale va anche alla cucina, con piatti bellissimi, curati e soprattutto buonissimi. 🍽️

E infine lo staff: gentile, disponibile e sempre attento, capace di farci sentire accolti e coccolati per tutta la settimana.

Un soggiorno stupendo, fatto di montagne, relax, buon cibo e tanta bellezza.
Grazie Hotel Carmen, torneremo sicuramente!✨

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura a Luglio 2026.
Camere moderne, spaziose arredate con gusto.
Pulizia impeccabile in tutti gli ambienti.
Cucina eccellente e ricercata che sa valorizzare i prodotti del territorio.
Sia alla reception che il servizio ai tavoli personale giovane e qualificato, sanno coccolare il cliente.

Ottima esperienza! Camera appena ristrutturata, spaziosa, moderna e molto bella. Cibo eccellente, con grande attenzione anche a chi ha intolleranze alimentari grazie al menù dedicato. Personale sempre cordiale, disponibile e attento. Bella posizione, splendido terrazzo esterno con una vista molto piacevole. Spa ben curata, con tutto il necessario per rilassarsi. Consigliatissimo!

Hôtel très agréable et très bien tenu. Le personnel est très efficace et professionnel. Le spa est très propre , bien conçu et spacieux (il est nudiste) , la piscine est belle et couverte. À l’extérieur se trouve une pelouse et des bains de soleil pour se reposer. Au passage tout est gratuit . Le petit déjeuner est très complet et varié. Seul bémol, la douche de la chambre était petite et le parking est payant.

Ein rundum perfekter Aufenthalt! Die Zimmer waren modern, stilvoll eingerichtet und makellos sauber. Das gesamte Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich, aufmerksam und jederzeit hilfsbereit.

Das Frühstück war hervorragend – große Auswahl und frische Produkte. Auch das Abendessen war ein echtes Highlight. Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal, um die Umgebung zu erkunden.

Man spürt die Liebe zum Detail im ganzen Haus. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Io e la mia compagna abbiamo soggiornato 5 notti.
Le camere top,molto moderne.
La struttura è quasi tutta rinnovata infatti da 3 stelle S passerà a 4 stelle.
I camerieri e il personale della reception sono molto gentili e simpatici.
Siamo rimasti estasiati dal cibo,molto buono e piatti curati.
Che dire, un'esperienza da ripetere.

Glad to be one of the first guests staying at Hotel Carmen after their major renovation. From front desk, common areas, restaurant, pool and wellness areas… to our rooms, it was fulfilling to stay somewhere that blends traditional classiness with modern notions of design.

More importantly, the staff have all been extremely kind and helpful. Definitely a hotel with warm smiles and amazing staff.

Location is also super convenient. Right next to bus stop, easy walk up to hotel, plenty of restaurants nearby.

They even had a festival which we were sure to drop by and get a few drinks with the local community of S. Cristina!

Ho soggiornato in questo albero a luglio e la posizione è perfetta per iniziare tour in bici o a piedi. Personale gentilissimo: dalla reception, ai ragazzi della sala ristorante. Camera pulita e confortevole. Piscina con zona benessere spaziosa e gradevole dopo una giornata di attività. Menzione particolare al ristorante, abbiamo cenato in albergo tutte le sere e siamo rimasti particolarmente colpiti dalla qualità.

10 out of 10! I had a fantastic week at Hotel Carmen. Highly recommend — especially for US-based remote workers looking for a ski getaway like I did.

All the staff I came across were very attentive, warm, and caring without being excessive. Laura was super responsive and helpful, and so was everyone else. After checkout, they even provided a fresh bath towel and allowed me to shower after snowboarding.

The location is unbeatable for car-free travelers. The main bus stop is only about 50 meters away — and yes, they’ve built an elevator for guest convenience. Getting around Val Gardena was completely stress-free.

The food is also a HUGE plus. I opted in half board mainly for remote-work convenience and didn’t expect much, but was pleasantly surprised by the quality and variety of the dinners each night. Other than authentic South Tyrol taste, I even had tuna tataki one evening, which I didn’t expect here. The cocktails, weekly special offered - Pistachio Martini, at the lounge bar were decent as well.

Nice wellness amenities with a fairly comprehensive spa setup. Not very spacious, but definitely good enough for post-ski recovery.
