Thank you very much for your wonderful review and for taking the time to share your experience. We are truly delighted to read that you enjoyed your stay with us and that you appreciated our hotel, the professionalism of our staff, our wellness area, and the wide selection at breakfast. Your kind words are a great motivation for our entire team.
We are also grateful for your constructive feedback. We are pleased to let you know that all rooms of this category are going to be renovated for the winter. Once the renovation is completed, they will feature spacious walk-in showers, which we are sure will provide even greater comfort for our guests.
Regarding the parking fee, we are a little confused, as parking at our hotel has always been included in the room rate (outside). Only the garage is subject to an additional charge. We also could not find any parking charges on your invoice. It is possible that there may have been a mix-up with another hotel. However, if you believe there has been any irregularity, please do not hesitate to contact us directly. We would be happy to look into the matter for you.
Thank you once again for your kind feedback. We wish you all the best and sincerely hope to welcome you back again soon.
Kind regards
Fam. Perathoner-Baumgartner
