You need a bus into town if your wearing ski boots. Rooms are ok for a 3 star and you are not there most of the time (out skiing). The spa is good. Steam and sauna both work well.

We stayed last week for skiing after being moved from its sister hotel in the town due to an 'overbooking' of our group of 62 people booked 9 months
before.
Positives - Room was a good size, nice big bathroom and a good balcony.
The spa was pretty good.

Negatives - Lorenzo, the Manager was simply the rudest person I have ever seen in a hotel. We asked for an itemised bill and he walked off and called my friend a bad swear word under his breath. Unfortunately for him we understood Italian swear words. So we pointed it out to the receptionist and he ran and hid in his office.
He should never work in a hotel.
The food was appalling, the buffet in the evening didn't seem to get get replenished so you had to be quick.
I decided to eat out 3 of the 7 nights as it was so bad.
Also the location meant we had very little Apres unless you stayed in the town.

There is huge difference of what you can see on the pictures and what you get in reality. Small rooms, worst food we had in Italian hotel in 6 years we are coming to Italy for winter holidays. Cold buffet was half empty, limited selection. On the hall you can smell cigarettess.

Terrible service. The breakfast bar was very poor. Breakfast is served from 7:10–9:40, and when we arrived around 8:00, half of the items were already gone. During the entire hour we were there, the staff did not refill the bread or the scrambled eggs. Donuts and waffles were also never replenished. The only thing they brought out was fresh glasses. Overall, very disappointing experience.

Hotel grande, spazioso, con tutti i comfort. Personale attento. Buffet ottimi al ristorante. Spa e palestra attrezzate. Ampio parcheggio. Consigliato.

Soggiorno gradevole con accoglienza e disponibilità del personale sempre attento ad ogni esigenza |Buona la cucina con colazione abbondante con frutta fresca|Il letto è stato comodo|Da notare la pulizia perfetta degli spazi comuni bar e saloni nonostante la presenza di un folto numero di bambini e ragazzi del camp sportivo

Bellissimo. Vista mozzafiato, parcheggio privato, camere belle, spa bellissima. Vicinissimo ad una discoteca che però non da fastidio in nessuna maniera anzi c'è solo il pregio di aver un locale notturno attaccato. Cibo ottimo, ottima cucina. Ci ritorno sicuramente e questo è il miglio biglietto da vista possibile

Camera quadrupla un po’ piccolina, ma nel complesso perfetta per le nostre esigenze. Unica scomodità e portare su e giù le bici per le scale!!! Colazione ottima !!

struttura vecchia e ossoleta, camera con letti scomodidissimi, vasca/doccia con moffa. E per finire piscina a pagamento extra. Da prenotare, 50 minuti con 20 euro di suplemento al giorno.

Un bellissimo fine settimana col mio compagno in un ambiente accogliente pulito e ricco di confort con le stanze che si affacciano in un panorama fantastico. Ampio parcheggio, piscina grande termale e posto per tenere le bici.|Attenzione e cura nei dettagli dell'albergo. Personale gentilissimo. Cibo ottimo. Assolutamente consigliato

5 stelle per la posizione unica, poco più di un k tra Canazei e Campitello a piedi lungo l Avisio lo rendono perfetto anche per le passeggiate dopo cena... Struttura ottima, parcheggio sempre disponibile. Il personale pecca di empatia, non si richiede il calore umano, ma almeno un sorriso all'arrivo, due parole di cortesia, al check-out meno un buon viaggio o un arrivederci...
