The best of professional coach and trainer, my cousin Luigi "Gino" Scala, can help you, with a plain, for every goal, your want reach, from lose weight, to muscles strengthening and controls, if you are doing well the exercise or if you aren't, because are you whipping, for much work, with high weight, or much exercise and you risk to, going to had, a muscles pain and distortion, at the four arts...for the other, nice music on radio and Tv's, not much crowded and there is, usually, freedom, to use all tools, from the gym, you want, to use and there are, always availability. Very well❗💯😊👍🏼
