Dropped in here for 3 days while on vacation. The owner is super nice and knows his stuff! Great gym with all the equipment you need. Highly recommend dropping in if you’re visiting!
Also parking is easy! There is a hotel next to the gym and you can use their parking lot. Huge perk in Cefalù as the parking situation is crazy!! 😂

En visite dans le coin lors de nos vacances nous avons fait deux séances au CF KEPHA.

Le gym est super propre et contient tout l’équipement nécessaire.

Le propriétaire est vraiment gentil et coach super bien ! Les membres sont très accueillants.

Nous avons même eu droit à un croissant après une séance.

Dropped in while on vacation here with 2 of my friends. I always love to check out local crossfit boxes when I travel. Andrea is a great coach and he was very friendly. Fun little community and the gym seems to be conveniently located and accessible to all. It’s not the biggest box but that was expected and they have all the essential equipment.
Highly recommend joining!

Kepha crossfit was a great experience! My wife and I dropped in while on vacation from the USA. The box was very welcoming and the coach did a great job to ensure the workout and movements were understood. Highly recommend if you are in the area and want to get a workout in at a great atmosphere.
