I soggiorni che ti rimangono nel cuore. Abbiamo trascorso 4 notti, l'ultima quella di Capodanno 2025. La struttura è magnifica, curata nel minimo dettaglio come il grande parco che circonda la villa. Per curata nel minimo dettaglio intendo che non ho trovato una foglia fuori posto in 4 giorni salvo dopo una giornata di "tempesta". Il Signor Italo, l'host, è una persona speciale che ha riversato una tangibile passione e una grande cultura nella sua magnifica "creatura". E ciò si percepisce dal primo momento. Suggeritissimo.

We had the most wonderful experience staying at Tenuta Olive Alive last weekend!
My partner and I wanted to get away from city life and could not have chosen a better place to do so. It was incredibly peaceful and quiet, exactly what we were looking for. We booked our stay outside of season in November and were lucky to be the only guests in the villa which made the experience even more unique. The villa overlooks the beautiful city of Noto and the views are breathtaking.
Italo was the best host that we could have asked for! He made us feel so welcome and made sure our stay was unforgettable. On Friday and Sunday, we had a private dinner at the property where Italo cooked seafood and traditional Sicilian dishes for us with vegetables from his garden. It felt very intimate like having a private chef cooking just for us. This was an incredible experience, every meal was made with such care and love. The breakfast we had every day was also amazing with a lot of sweet and savoury choices. The highlight for me was the freshly squeezed juice from blood oranges - I have a soft spot for freshly squeezed juices.
On Sunday we used the SPA and had a massage by Sorin. He was very professional and he is also such a nice person easy to talk to. We relaxed fully on our last day. Even though it was November, I still managed to have a dip in the pool with beautiful views and catch the last bits of sun.
I am a big animal lover so I was in heaven, surrounded by Clio the dog and the cats. Paulina the cat especially stole both our hearts! She hung out with us the whole stay there and was so extremely adorable!!
Our room, Noto, was very spacious, sunny and clean. There was everything we needed inside as well as fridge with cold drinks. The room was cleaned daily by a very lovely lady. I have never experienced such thorough and detailed housekeeping before. The lovely housekeeping lady made sure that the room looked like we just arrived and also aired it out daily. It was one of the best housekeeping experiences I’ve ever had.
The distance from the property to Noto town is not walkable and requires a car, but there are taxis available and it’s only an 8-minute drive.
Overall our stay was better than we could imagine. The property was so beautiful and well taken care of with breathtaking views from every part. We will definitely be back when we come back to Sicily even just to have a chat with Italo, he is such a lovely and warm person.

We had a great 3 nights here. Lovely room with a courtyard and views across the hills and countryside to Noto. It's a real home from home with a small team of dedicated staff which includes the owner who carefully curates your stay.|It was warm enough to use the outdoor pool so we didn't venture into the spa. The grounds have art, poetry and various seating areas that make for a unique stay.|We also ate one night at the property which was one of the best meal we had in Sicily.|Highly recommended.

What a wonderful, beautiful, calming place this is. We stayed three nights at the end of a two week holiday in Sicily and utterly loved every minute.||It’s up in the hills overlooking Noto and with only five rooms, you’re assured of a peaceful stay. We stayed in ‘Etna’ and it was just perfect. The road up to the place is quite challenging but well worth it.||The view from the pool is simply sublime and you will have to tear yourself away to go out. We dined there on the first night (your host Italo will cook for you by the pool upon request) and we went out into Noto the other two nights.||Italo was very helpful in giving us a list of places he recommends to eat but ask for this in advance of your stay - the two we most wanted to try were fully booked at the short notice we needed.||Highly recommend this place, just can’t fault it at all.

A scenic stay with a very kind host (with the cutest pets!). We stayed for three nights at the end of our trip. Dinner at the property is an absolute must - he is an incredible chef! Italo is managing a beautiful business with a very personal and family feel. I hope to visit again in my next trip to Sicily! Thank you from your visitors from Toronto, Canada!

It was our first time in Sicily, and the hotel we booked was a perfect fit. It's truly nestled in a green oasis of tranquility and stunning views. The rooms are beautiful and equipped with everything you need for daily needs. The host was very friendly and helped us every day with our plans for fantastic places in the area. The pool is a real bonus after our excursions. And let's not forget the breakfast. Everything is fresh every day. The jams are delicious, and the cakes, freshly prepared by the lovely lady, are simply delicious. If we return to Sicily, we will definitely book this hotel again. Rudi and Gino

Staying at Tenuta Olive Alive was a highlight of our two week Sicily trip. The property is beautiful and the service is fantastic, with a much more personal feel than a standard hotel/resort. The room we stayed in was very comfortable while having an Italian countryside chicness to it. Other highlights include the delicious homemade food, relaxing pool areas and close proximity to Noto. I highly recommend considering Tenuta Olive Alive

We stayed here for 5 nights while relaxing and exploring this part of Sicily. It's very peaceful and quiet, perhaps because it's a little isolated. The pool is perfect, there are plenty of sunbeds and towels are provided free of charge. Italo is a perfect Italian gentleman and a great host. We'll be recommending this to friends.

A spectacular hotel with warm hospitality. We stayed 2 nights in the Cornucopia suite tucked away up the hill. The rooftop terrace of the suite is an amazing place to share a bottle of wine and overlook Noto. The suite was beautiful, great A/C for the hot Sicilian weather. We spent tons of time at the pool which offers an otherworldly view of Noto and the surrounding canyons and we enjoyed the best Aperol spritz and intermezzo during happy hour at the pool. We unfortunately weren’t able to do dinner with Italo during our stay, but the breakfast buffet each morning on the main terrace was delightful. Italo and all of the staff were incredible hosts and always happy to help provide recommendations on things to do, places to visit, or places to eat.

In dit hotel kom je helemaal tot rust. Vlak bij Noto, maar toch omgeven door volledige rust.|Elke morgen een heerlijk ontbijt met verse producten. Op aanvraag kan je er ook ‘s avonds dineren; het werd een heerlijke 4 gangen maaltijd in een heerlijke setting aan het zwembad. De gastheer is supervriendelijk en eencgentleman zoals ze niet meer bestaan. Vraag hem zeker om tips voor de streek. Bij ons vertrek gaf hij nog een heerlijke restauranttip voor een lunch in Modica!|Ook het personeel is altijd gedienstig en opgewekt. Amanda maakt trouwens de lekkerste Margharita. Hou het wel bij eentje per dag ☺️.||En als je er bent, geef dan Clio de hond zeker een stukje vlees of een koekje van ons… misschien hebben wij ze wel wat veel verwend…

Merveilleux séjour d'une semaine. Le domaine est construit sur les hauteurs à 10 kms de Noto, emplacement parfait pour visiter la région de la Sicile baroque (Syracuse, Raguse, Modica, ... sont à une heure de voiture), et aussi profiter aussi de plages superbes (magnifique baie sauvage de Calamosche, superbe spiaggia Isola delle correnti). Le propriétaire, Italo, et les dames qui l'aident, sont tous adorables et plein de bons conseils pour découvrir la région. Et après ces escapades, quel plaisir de revenir dans l'oasis du domaine, au milieu des oliviers, avec des vues superbes, plein de petits coins aménagés pour profiter du jardin, de la jolie piscine, au calme, se relaxer et se sentir totalement chez soi. Les chambres sont très spacieuses, celles avec terrasse ont une vue superbe sur les oliviers et Noto au loin. Les petits déjeuners sont succulents, avec plein de petites attentions (gâteaux du jour, ...). A la demande, Italo cuisine le soir des véritables festins dignes d'un étoilé. C'est là que nous avons eu nos meilleurs repas de tout notre séjour en Sicile. Italo et son équipe sont tous très attachants, comme le lieu, et nous le recommandons chaleureusement. Nous voulons vraiment les remercier pour des vacances de rêve

Une superbe adresse à partager sans réserve dans le sud-est de la Sicile, à proximité de Noto. Accueil chaleureux par Italo, le propriétaire des lieux, dont la cuisine est à son image, généreuse et succulente ! Le domaine, à flanc de colline, est magnifique et offre une vue splendide sur Noto et la mer. Les chambres sont spacieuses avec tout le confort. Le petit déjeuner vous met en forme pour la journée ! Tenuta Olive Alive offre une beauté non ostentatoire dans un cadre sublime et apaisant où l’on se sent immédiatement bien et apaisé. Nous ne sommes malheureusement restés que 4 jours mais nul doute que nous y retournerons !
