Nice gym! They have pretty much every machine you need — treadmills, plenty of weights — but just a heads-up, there’s no stairmaster. The showers and bathrooms are clean and available.

One important thing to know: you must wear clean shoes to enter. I didn’t realize this at first, so I ended up washing mine in the sink with soap and drying them before I could work out. If you forget, you can also just exercise in clean socks.

Also, make sure to bring some cash, since they don’t accept credit cards.

They play music throughout the gym, and it can get pretty loud. I was fine with my headphones on, but I could still hear the music in the background.

Overall, it’s a very clean place, and there’s plenty of parking outside.
