This place is a true gem. During multiple visits to Lake Garda, I usually skip training or just make do, but thanks to a thoughtful gesture from La Perla Hotel, I discovered this incredible gym. Just 15 minutes from the hotel, it's absolutely worth the trip. The facility is spotless, welcoming, and fully equipped. The staff are incredibly friendly, always ensuring the space is tidy and inviting. There's plenty of room and a wide range of equipment to satisfy even the most dedicated fitness enthusiast. Usually, hotel gyms during my work trips leave me less satisfied, so I seek out local gyms. But now, I’ve found my home away from home. Nestled on the lake, this hidden treasure is a must visit, if you're in the area for a week. Huge thanks to the staff for making my week so fantastic always friendly and on hand to help, and I couldn't wait to head over each morning. Truly amazing and I appreciate you all thank you ☺️

Ich würde dem MB Sport Fitnessstudio insgesamt 4 Sterne geben. Die Geräteauswahl ist wirklich gut und vielseitig, allerdings wirkt sie etwas zusammengewürfelt, da viele unterschiedliche Marken vertreten sind. Hier und da merkt man, dass das Studio schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist – manche Geräte sind leicht abgegriffen und es könnte insgesamt etwas sauberer sein. Trotzdem kann man dort problemlos jedes Training durchziehen und findet alles, was man braucht. Die Preise sind fair: 12 € für den Tagespass und 30 € für eine Woche. Umkleiden und Duschen sind vorhanden, was ebenfalls ein Pluspunkt ist.

I have been joint at some cross classes during my holiday at Garda😎
The training was full professional and include exercise for each part of body💪
The Coach is a professional👌 explained excellent each exercise and their main goal 👍
Gym is very well-equipped😁

I will be happy to come back here during my next holiday on the Garda River❣️

Perfect om als toerist te trainen. Heb er twee keer een dagpas gehaald. Drie grote ruimtes met toestellen, bars en dumbbells, en nog een buitenplaats met smithmachine en kabels en callisthenics rack.

Wir waren für fünf Tage am Gardasee und haben den 1-Week-Pass genutzt – das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war wirklich top. Das Fitnessstudio ist gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man für ein effektives Training braucht. Alles war sauber und gepflegt, und das Personal war durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders schön: die tolle Aussicht, die das Training noch angenehmer macht. Wir kommen bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt am Gardasee gerne wieder!

Bellissima palestra, personale molto cordiale. Bellissima vista sulle colline di Garda e Costermano sul Garda. Spesso la direzione organizza attività di gruppo per gli iscritti, molto consigliata!
