Wir haben eine schöne Woche in diesem Hotel verbracht. Für uns Erwachsene war es erholsam. Die Kinder waren happy, da sie mit anderen Kindern spielen konnten und das Animationsteam hat einen tollen Job gemacht, waren sehr liebenswürdig, aufmerksam und auch persönlich. Alle Mitarbeiter waren stets freundlich und sehr bemüht. Die Hotelanlage sehr sauber und gepflegt. Gerne wieder 😀

Siamo stati al Torri del Garda Family Resort con la mia famiglia e ci siamo sentiti avvolti da un calore speciale fin dal primo istante. L’accoglienza è strepitosa, ti fanno sentire davvero a casa, coccolata e seguita con una gentilezza che scalda il cuore.
In attesa della camera abbiamo pranzato a bordo piscina, coccolati da camerieri dolcissimi e sempre sorridenti. La sera, con la cena a buffet, l’attenzione che ti dedicano è unica: il maître ti accoglie con un’eleganza affettuosa e il personale di sala è premuroso e attento a ogni dettaglio.
Una menzione speciale va all’animazione: pochi ragazzi, ma di una dolcezza infinita, sempre attenti alle esigenze dei piccoli ospiti. I bambini si sono sentiti seguiti, ascoltati e coccolati.
Il responsabile della piscina è una presenza gentile e premurosa, e la piscina interna riscaldata, la sauna e il bagno turco sono un rifugio di puro relax per tutta la famiglia. Anche il bar la sera è un abbraccio di sorrisi e delicatezza.
Un posto dove ti senti coccolata in ogni istante, insieme alle persone che ami. Torneremo con il cuore già pieno.

We really liked the location of this Hotel which is just above the Lake and the beautiful small town of Torri del Benaco. This means it is easy to get to the mountains in the North, the plains of the South, as well as the ferries from Torri and Garda. It is really well run and popular with a good mixture of considerate families mainly from countries north of Italy. We chose half-board and enjoyed the variety and selection of really well-made Italian dishes, and noted the friendly and efficient staff throughout the resort. Considerable care has been put into making sure younger guests have spaces to enjoy and activities, and the greetings from the staff are genuine and welcoming, especially on arrival and departure. Thank you, Samuele and thank you to all at Le Torri del Garda.

Rundum sauberes Hotel,Bäder etwas eng . Betten ok, Personal freundlich nur beim abräumen zu schnell . Küche könnte auf jeden Fall besser sein bei 4 Sterne !! Pool ist ausreichend, Liegen auch ausreichend da!Die Lage vom Hotel nicht so schön! Für den Ausblick super zum hochfahren unangenehm.

Bardzo przyjemny hotel, obsługa bardzo miła i na najwyższym poziomie. Zawsze pomocni i uśmiechnięci. Jedzenie przepyszne. Animacje dla dzieci ciekawe a animatrzorzy zaangażowani i przyjaźni. Jedyny mały minus to odległość od Jeziora, dla rodziny z dziećmi nie do pokonania bez auta.

Pakken var svært skuffende. Da vi sjekket ut i tide, informerte jeg resepsjonen om at vi ønsket å bruke bassenget en liten stund før vi reiste. Jeg gjorde det også klart at vi ikke kom til å ta med ekstra håndklær fra hotellet. Personalet nikket og ga ingen informasjon om at dette ville medføre en ekstra kostnad.

En time senere kom de med en regning på 60 euro for å bruke bassenget etter utsjekk. Dette burde vi ha blitt informert om på forhånd. Hadde vi visst dette, ville vi naturligvis ikke brukt bassenget.

Det mest skuffende var at personalet verken beklaget misforståelsen eller tok noe ansvar. De gjentok bare at “dette er reglene”, til tross for at jeg hadde informert dem på forhånd og de aldri nevnte noen avgift.

Dette opplevdes som dårlig kundeservice og en lite ærlig måte å behandle gjester på.

If you only have time to read the headliner - I'd 120% recommend this resort if you visit Lake Garda.

It simply surpasses our expectation is every way. From arrival we were already received by super friendly staff. From the front desk to catering to house-keeping to the kids group are full of nice and professional people.

The facilities are also superb. We particularly want to highlight the kids facilities - a fully equipped kid playroom, an indoor and outdoor pool, daily entertainment programme, and all the kid corners around the whole resort. Our three-year-old simply didn't want to leave!

The catering is very nice. If you don't choose the half-board option, you can still pay per visit (buffet style).

The only tiny thing I'd like to point out is that the floor of the indoor pool is quite slippery when wet. So be careful with small kids.

All in all, would definitely come back if we visit Lake Garda again!

Nous avons passé de superbes vacances en famille au torri del garda. La vue sur le lac est magnifique. L'architecture de l'hôtel est très beau, la chambre familiale est spacieuse et bien agencée. Le personnel est courtois et très réactif. Mention pour les salles de jeux, les enfants ont adoré ! Ils ne voulaient plus rentrés !
Une adresse à garder précieusement et à recommander !

Właśnie wracamy z hotelu le Torri del Garda. Jesteśmy mega zadowoleni z pobytu. Nie ma żadnej rzeczy żeby się do czegoś przyczepić. Jedzenie pyszne, pokoje czyste zadbane, przestronne z pięknym widokiem na jezioro. Super sala zabaw. Dziecko w każdym wieku znajdzie coś dla siebie. Animacje super, animatorzy przemili. Wspaniałe spędzony czas, okolica bardzo klimatyczna. Chętnie wrócimy😀😀😀
