Probably the most authentic best old-school gym I have ever been to. The owner, as well as some of the older gentlemen there, were extremely friendly and entertaining. If I wasn’t a tourist, I would train here 5 times a week.

15 EU for day pass. The equipment is very old, which was fine for me, enough machines and free weights, Cross over cable to get your workout in. I saw a few cardio machines but didn't count, so not sure how adequate that stuff was. There is no Air conditioning, it wasn't terrible, they had fans. It's very crowded, they stuffed as much equipment in as possible. Marco the owner was polite and helpful. He said card or cash is fine. There is a changing room, not sure if they had lockers or showers. The clients were mixed and they were all polite. Worth the 15 EU

One of the best gym experiences I’ve had.

I was in rapallo for the holiday and was looking for a gym and found this one.

The atmosphere is really nice and immediately got greeted by Marco and got a day-pass for 15€, which is really good.

The Maschine‘s are amazing and the gym has everything you need, the gym is more old-school but that makes the gym so good!

I recommend everyone who‘s in rapallo for the holidays to give this gym a visit!

Palestra ben fornita, con una bella atmosfera un po' vintage e ruspante, di chi mira alla sostanza e non alle apparenze. Perfetta per chi come me non cerca ambienti fighetti. Marco è estremamente cordiale, disponibile e corretto, e ti fa sentire in famiglia

After a whole afternoon of searching for a gym, I ended up here. I was immediately greeted by a member of staff, who explained how the gym works and where the changing rooms are. Paid 10€ for a single entry - perfect if you're on holiday and need a quick workout.

I managed to complete my workout in true old school fashion - the weights are steel/iron, and the dumbbells are too.

The focus of the gym is clearly bodybuilding, but they have a pull up bar as well, allowing for bodyweight movements as well.

4/5 because although the equipment is high quality, it is unfortunately not escaping the jaws of time.

Frequento questa palestra da un anno e desidero esprimere la mia esperienza positiva.
Spogliatoi e sala pesi sempre ben curati, questo crea un ambiente accogliente, fondamentale per un allenamento piacevole.
La sala pesi è riccamente fornita. C'è una varietà e quantità di macchine tale da rendere l'allenamento fluido anche negli orari di punta.
Il proprietario, Marco, è preparato disponibile e con la sua gentilezza contribuisce a creare un'atmosfera serena.
