My husband and I attended a 9am AMRAP with Vincenzo during our 3-day trip to Sorrento. When we arrived, Vincenzo was immediately welcoming and informative. Whilst the session was tough, we did not feel pressured to push ourselves too hard (which was great given we’re on holiday!). The atmosphere was friendly and the equipment was great. The booking process was also straightforward. We booked via the gym’s Instagram page and paid after the session. The cost of the session was €15 each which we felt was very reasonable and in line with what we would expect to pay in England for a drop in session. Thank you again to Vincenzo, it was an absolutely pleasure!

Awesome gym! Clean and well maintained with a really nice owner. I was also offered advice for some exercises, and the gym has a great vibe.

Ogni volta che sono a Sorrento mi alleno al Box 173. Gli allenamenti sono molto vari, spaziano dal Crosstraining all’Hyrox; il PT spiega passo per passo cosa c’è da fare e ti dá la motivazione giusta anche quando pensi di non farcela. In sintesi, un bellissimo box!

My husband and I worked out here while we were in the area. Vinny has a great gym and we really enjoyed working out and visiting and trying to solve the world’s problems 😆
Go visit! Or better yet, make it your “home gym”!

Ein perfektes Studio mit allem, was du brauchst, um dich optimal auf einen Hyrox vorzubereiten oder auch einfach nur zu trainieren. Vincenzo ist klasse, gibt dir Tipps, hat super Kurse und macht das alles mit Herz.
Ich hoffe, ich kann auf dem Rückweg nach Neapel nochmal vorbeikommen.

Amazing gym - great selection of barbells, plenty of racks, great atmosphere and a great owner! In Sorrento for a holiday and had a drop in session, will be back during my time here. Highly recommend

I passed by Sorrento for 4 days (holidays) and did not want to miss training. After searching, I found Box 173 Studio, and it was amazing!

Vincenzo, the owner, was great from the get go. I contacted him via WhatsApp and he answered very quickly. I was able to train 4 days in a row, with full access to all the equipment! He was very kind and always made room for me to train, despiste the classes.

This is a great place if you want to do some weightlifting, powerlifting, crossfit, functional training or just do some excersice.

It is very close to Sorrento’s “touristic downtown” and you can walk there!

In summary: it is a no brainer if you stop by Sorrento and want to train.

Congrats Vincenzo for a great gym!

Per me la palestra a volte può risultare scomoda e causa di ansie, ma da boxe 173 mi sento estremamente a mio agio. L'ambiente è amichevole e accogliente, e il PT mette molta cura in tutto ciò che fa - ha creato davvero qualcosa di bello.

Fantastic place. Had a great time working out there while on holiday.
It was a 15 minute ride from where I was staying, located on a main street in sorrento.
Extremely nice owners, would most definitely recommend to anyone involved in the fitness world.
