Academia completa , bem montada e não é superlotada. Os frequentadores são muito receptivos com os “turistas” que vão apenas por alguns dias. A manutenção dos equipamentos também é ótima.
Recomendo muito esta academia.

Friendly staff.
Gas a day pass of 15EUR.
Difficult to breathe, the air is very humid.
The machines are new but dirty. Locker situation is complicated.

Stayed at the Wellness Hotel which gave me free access to the gym. It had everything I need for a nice holiday pump. Also, did alot of hiking so my legs were sore and needed maintenance after that so it was handy to have machines that helped soreness from my hikes.

Staff were friendly and helpful.

Highly recommend.

Basic gym. A lot of tourists use it. Very clean and Big place
15€ per day to train, due to no other option.
A lot of weights scattered and not organized

Just good enough to hit a lift or two while in Sorrento on vacation. Go at a non-crowded time or be prepared to wait/be creative. Day passes are steep (€15) and can be purchased inside. Men’s locker room was grody. Also, bring headphones unless you love techno-pop.

Dirty basic gym, sometimes they run the AC, most times they do not. This was the closest gym to our hotel and we purchased 3 days for €45, which in my opinion is too much for what you get. It’s old and decrepit, the machines and other equipment is also old and way past its prime. For comparison, we paid €20 for a day pass at the Virgin gym I. Rome but had top of the line equipment with all the latest TechnoGym machines. Central Fitness hasn’t been updated since maybe the 1980s at best, the change rooms and showers are disgusting and the equipment is dirty. Moreover, people have zero gym etiquette - nobody puts plates back where they belong, nor do they ask before taking a machine or dumbness which you were using. It meets the most basic standards and we were able to do a generally good workout there despite the pathetic amenities. Not sure of anything better is available in the area. You’ve been warned, proceed with caution!
