Great gym and perfectly located if you’re staying out of the hustle of downtown Sorrento.

The cardio room has beautiful views of Ischia, there are classes you u can join, and the weight room is fully equipped with Techno Gym equipment, dumbbells, and barbells. If you need a power rack, they have one with enough weight for all but the higher end of elite strength training. There is music playing as well.

If your goal is to get a good pump or sweat, you’re covered, with a view.

Perfect, friendly and helpful gym if you're staying in massa lubrense, everything you'd need for a workout & also has showers. A little expensive for a day pass at 20 euros, but OK as a 1 off.

This is a nice little gym, well stocked compared to its size. However, there are a couple of things you need to know, if you are not a local:
+ The best way to arrive is by Via 4 Novembre, not how the navigation wants to take you, as it's not passable to most cars
+ Park on Via 4 Novembre as the small parking lot is tiny, and you may need to backtrack through a narrow and steep road
+ bring a towel if you want one
+ bring a water bottle, as there is no water cooler.
+ the restroom situation is, ahem, not great. You can shower though

Euro for a month, 100 euro for 10 visits
