Personally I suggest you ignore the poor reviews about this hotel. It's absolutely perfect for a relaxing, comfortable and enjoyable stay in what is a stunning location. What better but to wake in the morning to a spectacular view across Maronti Bay, a few boats bobbing about, the sun coming up over the mainland and Capri creating wonderful colours across the sky? All from your balcony,or even while still in bed, if like ours it faced the french doors! All the hotel staff were helpful and friendly, breakfast had a huge choice for any tastes, and we had superb meals every evening. It was delicious food, much traditional Italian and five courses if you were hungry! Yes it's a hilly area, with steps, and the thermal pools are a few minutes walk away, but all the information says that, but they can provide an electric cart if needed. We enjoyed the walk and enjoyed the views on the way. This was our second visit and again everything was absolutely amazing, so ignore the bad reviews and enjoy this fabulous part of Ischia at the Miramare!!

Abbiamo scelto l’Hotel Miramare come cornice per i giorni che hanno preceduto il nostro matrimonio e non potevamo fare scelta migliore. La posizione è semplicemente incantevole, con una vista da sogno che ha reso il nostro soggiorno davvero speciale.

Un ringraziamento particolare va a tutto lo staff e al direttore: la loro accoglienza, l’attenzione ai dettagli e la disponibilità ci hanno fatti sentire coccolati in ogni momento. Ogni piccolo gesto ha contribuito a rendere questo periodo ancora più indimenticabile.

Consigliamo vivamente l’Hotel Miramare a chiunque cerchi un posto romantico, curato e ricco di bellezza autentica.

From the moment we arrived to the second we left, we had a wonderful stay at Miramare! ||We were greeted on arrival by a lovely lady, taken to the terrace and provided with water as we were checked in. ||Everything was fully explained to us about the hotel facilities and also the thermal pools at the sister hotel which is a short walk away. ||The room was beautiful - bright, spotless and with a gorgeous view over the sea. The balcony was great for watching all the boats in the bay!||All staff were very warm, friendly, helpful and attentive. They are a real credit to the business. ||Fresh towels were provided each day and our room was always made up to a good standard. ||The food at the restaurant was excellent. The terrace area was great for relaxing with drinks after dinner - Genaro makes some absolutely knock-out cocktails! It was also a great space to relax in after breakfast.||The hotel is in a great location and is close to the harbour, restaurants, bars and shops.||We travelled through TUI and I recommend paying extra for private return transfers as it made travelling from and to Naples airport a breeze and we didn't have to cart our own luggage from and to our transfer drop-off/ pick-up point in Sant'Angelo.||I thoroughly recommend Miramare Sea Resort and Spa if you plan on visiting Ischia and staying in beautiful Sant'Angelo.||Thanks to all the staff at the hotel for such excellent service!

We have had the most wonderful stay at the Miramare Sea Resort. We were welcomed warmly by Marco the GM and after a a cold drink were taken to our beautiful room with stunning sea views. ||The hotel is immaculately clean, the staff are truly superb and they make you feel like nothing is too much trouble. ||The thermal garden located at the sister hotel is a short shuttle ride away. It is walkable for some but very hilly. It was so relaxing here and there is a restaurant and bar to order food and drinks. ||The food in the restaurant is nothing short of amazing. There is a set menu which changes every day and everything was so good. The seafood is a must. ||I also loved the hotels proximity to Sant Angelo with its pretty shops and restaurants. You feel like you are living in a dream. ||In short, we have nothing but positive things to say about this hotel. It has surpassed our expectations by miles. I booked it as a celebration of our 25th Wedding Anniversary and it hasn't dissapointed us in anyway. ||Thank you Marco, wonderful Mr Gennaro, Giuseppe and the rest of the team. It really has been a dream come true. I could not fault it!

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia presso l Hotel Apollon Club di S.Angelo d' Ischia dal 9 al 19 agosto.|Il rapporto qualità prezzo e' stato ottimo.|La struttura nuova immersa nel " Parco termale Aphrodite" di alto livello meravigliosa e tutta presidiata.|Pulizia 10|Terme: un percorso di relax,|e rigenerante per la pelle che sembra un velluto.|Cibo eccellente!|Spiaggia: il mare verde smeraldo!|Il Direttore responsabile di tutta l' organizzazione e' un vero manager presente competente e disponibilissimo!|Personale garbatissimo e preparato.|Panorama mozzafiato ed indimenticabile nell' incantevole Baia di S. siamo rimasti profondamente delusi dall’esperienza in questo ristorante. Avevamo prenotato per un gruppo numeroso (21 persone) con formula buffet, affrontando anche un tragitto di circa 40 minuti. Arrivati scaglionati, come spesso accade in questi casi, ci è stato impedito di accomodarci perché ci è stato chiesto di saldare subito per tutti, costringendo quindi chi era già arrivato ad attendere fuori l’arrivo dell’intero gruppo.
La situazione è peggiorata al nostro ingresso: la proprietaria ha subito individuato la presenza di due bambini, sostenendo che non erano ammessi, nonostante all’interno ci fossero altri minori (poi giustificati come “si trovano nella struttura”). Dopo averci fatto entrare, ha ribadito che erano presenti altri ragazzini (secondo lei alcuni di 14-15 anni ma che in realtà ne avevano da 19 in su) arrivando a chiedere i documenti e, con atteggiamento sgarbato, invitando i bambini ad uscire in maniera poco rispettosa.
Se la serata era effettivamente riservata esclusivamente ad adulti, sarebbe stato doveroso segnalarlo chiaramente al momento della prenotazione ( abbiamo parlato al telefono con la signora vicky) o sulla locandina, evitando così fraintendimenti e inutili spostamenti. Ciò che però ci ha lasciati più amareggiati non è stata solo la mancata chiarezza, ma soprattutto il modo in cui siamo stati trattati: scortesia, rigidità e perfino gesti inadeguati che hanno reso impossibile proseguire la serata.
Alla fine, nonostante un tentativo di scuse, non ce la siamo sentita di restare né tantomeno di spendere i nostri soldi in un contesto simile. Un vero peccato, perché ci eravamo organizzati con entusiasmo e ci siamo ritrovati invece con una pessima esperienza e molta amarezza,ma a quanto pare le persone non sono all’altezza delle fortune che hanno,e al posto di ringraziare chi li fa mangiare e “campare” si comportano con scortesia e volgarità.

Angel D Ischia|Caro Direttore e' il non anno che le affidiamo le ns vacanze in un ambiente riservato ed esclusivo, elegante e magico ed in una baia magnetica.|Non appena si apre quella porta si entra nel mondo delle favole dove tutto rendete possibile. Il garbo l allegria e la vs attenzione, l accoglienza della struttura sono di prim ordine e le assicura che uscire da qui, ci dispiace.|Le cene i pranzi la festa del 15 sono stati eccellenti.Complimenti per la sua direzione, per tutto lo staff e l organizzazione precisa e minuziosa!|Ho girato il mondo del jet set e mai ho trovato un tale habitat!|Un caro saluto ai proprietari la cui signorilita' e' attraente.|Mariapia Castellano

Hotel à l’emplacement idyllique ! |Petite plage privée de rêve|Chambre avec vue incroyable |Petit déjeuner excellent |L’accès aux thermes est cray très agréable avec les piscines aux températures différentes même si les thermes en question sont un peu vieillissants|Le personnel manque parfois un peu de professionnalisme et on sent qu’ils ne sont pas vraiment habitués aux codes des établissements de ce standing mais quelques personnes sont top comme Genaro au bar ou Vittor au petit déjeuner |On ne rêve que d’une chose : y revenir !

Beautiful setting, but overpriced and not guest-friendly

The hotel has a fantastic location, but everything else feels set up to overcharge you. Staff were generally disengaged, and service was slow. We were charged €15 for a 500-meter electric buggy ride, and there’s a €10 fee for room service. Even basic things like complimentary water weren’t provided. Two Caesar salads and a couple of drinks cost over €100 — the food was just average. Feels more like a cash trap than a true luxury experience.

Per il secondo anno consecutivo abbiamo scelto il Miramare Sea Resort… e ancora una volta ce ne siamo andati con il cuore pieno.|È difficile spiegare cosa renda questo luogo così speciale: certo, la posizione è mozzafiato, con una vista che ti lascia senza parole e l’accesso diretto al mare che è un sogno. Ma è l’atmosfera che si respira qui – intima, elegante, autentica – a far venir voglia di tornare.||Tutto è curato nei minimi dettagli: le camere con vista, la tranquillità del borgo di Sant’Angelo, il comfort discreto e mai invadente. Il personale è attento, gentile e sempre sorridente: ti fanno sentire davvero ospite, non cliente.||Un altro grande plus? L’accesso al Parco Termale Aphrodite: un angolo di benessere immerso nel verde, con piscine vista mare, perfetto per rilassarsi completamente.||Per noi non è solo un hotel: è il nostro rifugio dell’anima. Una coccola che ogni anno ci promettiamo di concederci di nuovo.

The staff were kind and helpful. The pool area was clean. The view was phenomenal. We had a wonderful experience. It was a bit of a walk to the pool/spa area but that appears to be how everything is in this are. It was not over the top for anyone without limitations. The complementary breakfast was delicious and the service was five star.
