Whole heartedly recommend going here for your workouts during vacation.

The team was super chill and very kind in letting me join them for their workouts.

The energy is amazing and I got great help for the movements.

The trainers are very fluent in English and communication was not a problem at all.

Mixed bags about this gym. Apparently they’re not affiliated to CrossFit.com and shouldn’t be using the name CrossFit as a gym. They’re also a little far outside Cefalù. Other than this, it has everything you need to train.

I was in Cefalu on holiday and did a few workouts in the box. Coach Dorothy and Coach Suzy were fantastic. I don’t speak any Italian but they helped me all the way through. Really friendly members in the class. If you are passing through or on holiday you should visit. Very warm CrossFit welcome 💪❤️

Sehr sehr nette und herzliche Besitzer. Wir haben im Urlaub die Box für vier Tage und 3std. zur freien Verfügung für unser Training nutzen dürfen. Bei sämtlichen Fragen wurde uns innerhalb kürzester Zeit geantwortet. Sehr weiterzuemphelen, jederzeit wieder!

Die Box ist perfekt geeignet, um ein Crossfit Camp am Meer zu gestalten. Wir würden mit offenen Armen empfangen und durften täglich die Box eigenständig nutzen. Kann man nur weiterempfehlen, gerne nochmal.😀 Es hat sehr viel Spaß gemacht!

Wir haben als 9er Gruppe eine Woche lang Drop ins in der Box gemacht.
Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und durften uns nach unseren Belangen jeden Tag für 3 Stunden austoben.
Uns wurde direkt so viel vertrauen entgegen gebracht, das wir sogar in/mit der Box alleine gelassen wurden.
Absolut zu empfehlen!!

La Box est facile à trouver avec Google map. Fier vous au GPS. C’est une Box dans l’esprit du Crossfit entre le partage et la bienveillance. Nous ne parlons pas italien et le coach n’a pas hésité à expliquer en français et en anglais. Les adhérents on été très friendly des le début. Un grand merci pour votre accueil chaleureux. Qui è dove ho iniziato tanti anni fa CrossFit.
Adesso quella che una volta era una piccola community, sta diventando una grande realtà.
Super consigliato per chi vuole imparare le basi del crossfit o per i più esperti che si vogliono allenare in tranquillità. 💪🏻🦍
